When FasTrack, a provision compliance system that was developed in conjunction with Ernst & Young was launched, it quickly became the industry standard in tax provision automation. This software, which was used by 100’s of the world’s largest corporation has now been re-released and updated to the latest technology and infused it with AI to make it even more user friendly. The reimagined TaxStream is run by the former executive team of CrossBorder Solutions.

Meet the Management Team

Donald Scherer, Executive Chairman: Donald was the founder and CEO of CrossBorder Solutions #1. When it was sold to Thomson Reuters, the Company was the largest independent tax software company in the US. Donald went on to found XBS.ai (CrossBorder Solutions #2) and as CEO grew that Company to again be one of the largest tax software companies in the world with a valuation of $500M. The Company raised over $150M from Insight Ventures. Jeff Horing, the founder and managing partner of the firm sat on the Company’s board. Recently, Donald left his Executive Chairman position at CrossBorder to found TaxStream and focus on provision and tax planning software rather than transfer pricing.
